Refund Policy

VISUM BEANTRAGEN provide documentations services and as we determined and informed you don`t need to pay in advance until you get your service that you chose. Payment process is realized by with service delivery.

When you received your service you have these rights as listed below;

1-) You can check your documents and demand any update or revision.

2-)You have right to refund for payment if you have found any mistake on your documents.

3-) You have right to refund if you decided to cancel your application. (You acknowledge to cover any cost for cancellation. VISUM BEANTRAGEN has right to charge half of the service fee this kind of situations. )

4-) You have always right to demand refund your payment in 7 days.

Except these rights as listed or any situation or reasons, we don`t provide any refund for any reason.
